Refund policy

A full refund will be issued if customer cancels order within 72 hours from date of deposit and/or purchase, minus the non-refundable deposit.  To cancel your order, please send an email to info@topotoppers.com and include your original Order ID, which can be found on your purchase receipt sent to you by email.  If you cannot locate your Order ID, please call us at 805-393-6125 and we can provide it to you.
