Each part is TIG welded using 4043 filler rod and then carefully polished to ensure a clean finish. Our stringent quality control processes guarantee proper weld penetration. The lower shell and frame rail are both constructed with 1/8” laser cut and formed aluminum (5052 alloy).

The roof is crafted using a precision single laser cutting technique and constructed from 1/8” 5052 aluminum sheet. The support frame is also formed from 1/8” aluminum and features fully welded seams.

The tent material is Weathermax 80 FR (USA made). It is a high performance marine fabric that performs incredibly well in wet conditions. It is also tested for 50,000 abrasion cycles (Taber abrasion test), a cold crack rating of -40 F, a spray rating of 90+ with a hydrostatic rating of 21”, and a 1500 hour UV rating. With tent materials, the goal is to find the perfect balance between performance and durability and the clear choice to us was Weathermax 80FR.

All main joints are secured with high-quality stainless hardware. Gaskets go between panels and bed rails. In addition, we carefully apply a substantial amount of polyurethane adhesive/sealant to panel seams for maximum waterproofing. Our chosen gaskets are Trim-Lok (USA made) for superior performance and easy maintenance in case of wear or deterioration over time.
